Their homes are totally renovated with upgraded materials and unique features: lighting fixtures, tile work, interior door hardware and wall molding. So Five years ago I fell in love with a beautifully newly renovated home from RedBlock I found online. Fortunately, for me, Sasha met me for closing. I ran into a few issues at the closing table that had nothing do with RedBlock (my own realtor from another company was completely inept.) Thankfully, Sasha was a seasoned professional, understanding, patient, fair & even helpful. I truly appreciated meeting & closing with him . Over the years I've made minimal repairs mostly due to normal wear & tear. Also over the years I have been able to reach out to Sasha & he's been consistently professional & responsive. Now five years in and it's still an eye- catcher. I continue to get tons of compliments from visitors old & new who think my home is gorgeous. Personally I was thrilled to be able to close the deal & I'm still very happy with my home . I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for an aesthetically pleasing home of quality & good value .

I purchased my primary home from REDBLOCK Realty approximately three years ago and until today I still have nothing but positive experiences from this company. They did an excellent job on the renovation of my home. They replaced/updated all of the elements that are most important (electric, plumbing, HVAC - central air & heat, roofs, etc.) while at the same time giving detail to preserving most of the original aspects (fireplaces, etc.) that come with a home built so long ago. I honestly feel like I bought a brand new home. They use the very best materials in their renovations and leave no area untouched. Three years in and I am still receiving compliments on my home as much as I did from day one.
