First time homebuyer here! My realtor and I started seeing homes late May 2020 when we stumbled upon a hidden gem in West Philadelphia, PA. The home was beautiful. From the outside with wrought iron gates to the grand front entrance. The home is a full rehab with every detail thought out to perfection. As I toured the home, I continued to fall in love and knew before we left that I had to put in an offer on the home. This home had everything that I had dreamed of and more. My home is known as the “gray house” amongst friends and lets not forget the doors. Everyone is in love with them. I am very thankful to have found this beauty. Very quiet building filled with respectful neighbors and is always kept in good shape. Less than 10 minute walk to Drexel and UPenn campus, along with Penn Presbyterian right around the corner.

Best option for comfortable living in the University City area. The building was recently updated and greatly cared for. Not only do the residents have access to the rooftop, gym, and study area, but the apartments themselves are terrific. The real shining star, though, is the building’s Management. I have never experienced more professional, responsive and friendly management in my 5+ years living in Philly. If only all managers/landlords were like Ilya. Definitely recommend this place!!

Rented for two years at a newer apartment complex. The team is prompt with responding to requests for repairs or questions. Payments can be made online and the main method of communication is by email so everything was efficient.

I worked with Adam when I was renting one of their homes in West Philly. He was always very professional, understanding, and inconsistent communication with me whenever I needed something or had a question. The home I lived in was affordable and a great area of the city for the price. I would 100% recommend renting from Redblock Realty, and I would rent another property again from them in the future!

it is a good apartment. i plan to have a pet (I really think about it). it just so nice. It’s a very quiet place to live, very suitable for students. You don’t have to worry about the noise, Very nice for students. There’s surveillance at the gate, there’s surveillance inside the building. Most things work out just fine

This apartment has served my husband and I well over the past couple of months. The proximity to UPenn, Drexel, and USciences make it a great location for graduate students, as well as the ease of travel to get into Center City. The appliances are all new and have been so nice to use. The shower/bathroom area is very sleek and spacious. Our bedroom is cozy, and the neighbors are all kind and respectful. Highly recommend this living space!

I just wanted to leave a positive message and a Thank you to Ilya and Sasha. I have been struggling for sometime with my credit score and some other personal issues which prevented me from purchasing a home for over 5 months. I did everything right and my credit score just wouldn’t move. Then I found a home I was interested in and figured I give it a shot again. Once again my credit score wasn’t good enough. However, my realtor shared my story with the sellers and they agreed to help as well as wait some additional time for me to work on my credit. Not many would do this especially not knowing me. This not only shows the integrity of the company. But that they want to have compassion and want to help could people. They even assisted with a seller’s assist. During the signing Process Sasha was great he explained to me and walk me through the entire process since I was a first-time home buyer. I am just beyond grateful and blessed. Without their generosity, I don’t think it would have been possible. I would highly recommend it.

I purchased my primary home from REDBLOCK Realty approximately three years ago and until today I still have nothing but positive experiences from this company. They did an excellent job on the renovation of my home. They replaced/updated all of the elements that are most important (electric, plumbing, HVAC – central air & heat, roofs, etc.) while at the same time giving detail to preserving most of the original aspects (fireplaces, etc.) that come with a home built so long ago. I honestly feel like I bought a brand new home. The use the very best materials in their renovations and leave no area untouched. Three years in and I am still receiving compliments on my home as much as I did from day one. If anyone is looking to buy a home I highly recommend purchasing from REDBLOCK in order to get the very best for their money.

I’ve been wanting to work with this company for a couple of years now due to many reasons. Now that I am finally a tenant, I have no regrets. Throughout my entire apartment search, I worked with a gentleman named Adam Rocco. Adam was patient, honest, and prompt when replying to my emails. My apartment itself is beautiful in a wonderful area. The rent payments can be done online plus they report to the credit bureau. I’m one happy camper. I always recommend this company to people I run into inquiring about renting apartments or buying a house.

I have been living here for a few months and it has been great. Everything inside is brand new as it has been recently renovated. Washer and dryer in unit is a huge plus. The closets in the bedrooms and in the common spaces are massive so you get extra storage. My room here in the city is slightly smaller than I’m used to in the suburbs but i still fit a queen bed, desk, and dresser comfortably! The study room is huge and not busy so you can get work done in silence if you need. Penn dental is a straight 12 minute walk from the apartment which is the start of locust walk that takes you through Penn’s campus. It is a 7 minute walk to the septa station. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to Drexel’s recreation center which is near the law school and library. There is also a bus stop right across the street from the apartment. If you choose to have a car, there is free parking around the apartment and I’ve never had an issue finding a spot. The rooftop is so nice and has an amazing view and is much bigger than it seems! Management responds really quickly to any requests you have too!
